Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the review to determine if new account information received is in good order and processing of new account forms within the Unio platform and opening of new accounts on any of the custodial platforms. Responsible for account maintenance updates and daily work items within the Unio and ZenDesk systems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review of Document Master report from Unio and opening of any accounts at custodians.
Linking of Contour accounts onto the Envestnet system.
Account maintenance events such as beneficiary changes, re-registrations, and any other updates.
Financial professional inquiries within stated SLA’s.
Review and follow up of ZenDesk tickets on a consistent basis.
Processing of documents to custodians.
Medallion guarantee requests- at locations that offer
Direct business processing- at locations that offer
Review of direct new account applications to ensure that data has been captured in profile- at independent locations.
KUST report review
Ad-Hoc review to ensure linking of Statement of Investment Selection
Retirement and Consulting Service processing-at independent locations
Any other duties or tasks assigned by management.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems of a moderate level in a timely manner. Must have background knowledge surrounding requirements for new account forms. Must be able to perform a variety of analytical techniques to solve all types of problems associated with new account entry as well as other operational processes.
Must be able to make decisions regarding workflow on a daily basis. Will be required to make decisions on a daily basis of a complex nature. Must be able to explain and defend the actions necessary to resolve the problem to all involved. Ability to recognize when a problem or issues requires additional parties to be consulted.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is recommended for this job
